Privacy policy

Chatflu helps Instagram professional accounts respond to comments and deliver permitted private replies. This policy explains the information we use to provide that service.

Google sign-in information

When you sign in with Google, Chatflu receives your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status, and profile picture. We use this information only to create your Chatflu account, authenticate you, display your account details, and protect access to your data. Chatflu does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or passwords.

Instagram information

After you explicitly connect an authorized Instagram professional account, Chatflu may process account identifiers, posts or Reels selected for automation, comments, usernames, timestamps, message delivery events, and the automation rules you configure. Chatflu does not connect an Instagram account or send a reply without your authorization and configuration.

Storage and security

Account records and session identifiers are stored in our Google Cloud infrastructure and PostgreSQL database. Browser sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. We retain information only while it is needed to operate the service, meet security requirements, or comply with applicable obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with infrastructure providers required to operate Chatflu, with Meta and Google as needed for the integrations you choose, or when legally required.

Your choices

You may sign out at any time, disconnect Instagram access, or request deletion of your Chatflu account and associated data through our data deletion page.
