Terms of service

By using Chatflu, you agree to these terms. Chatflu is currently a beta service for automating eligible Instagram comment replies and private messages through Meta's official APIs.

Authorized use

You may connect only Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the automations, messages, links, and content you configure and for following Meta's platform rules and applicable law.

Prohibited use

You may not use Chatflu for spam, harassment, deception, unauthorized access, unlawful collection of personal information, or attempts to bypass Meta's messaging limits and review requirements.

Beta availability

During beta, features may change and service interruptions may occur. We may suspend an automation when needed to protect users, platform compliance, or system security.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of the Google and Instagram accounts used with Chatflu. Contact us promptly if you believe your Chatflu account has been accessed without permission.
